I'm very upset with PP. I place an order and never get it and when I email the vendor it usually is PP support but never get an answer! I document everything date, item description (if there is one) amount . Vendors have various names so it's hard to find them sometimes..
all the
China orders are a mess! I am tired of them taking my money and get nothing!

I have been a customer of Paypal 20 years and had zero disputes. My first dispute just happened and took 3 months and still ongoing for a completely true and honest transaction went against me. I am done. They promised me that I would be awarded in my favor and Nothing to worry about and nothing for me to do any further. (This was stated from two representatives) on recorded lines one of which was a manager for the appeals level. They will not provide me with the recordings. An attorney they told me must file for them. They have withdrawn funds during this dispute and that sent to collections (I believe) because I received responses on the recorded line when I called in stating that I owe, and it is going to third party. I don't know what happened to this company, but they needed to be held accountable. Please let me know what I can provide to support this suite. I lost out 230.00 and hours upon hours of wasted time which for me and my family is a lot. A 20+ Billion-dollar company making over 4 billion a year in Net it is pretty sad the way they do business. Massive Lawsuit needed.
