Hello, today July 29th 2023 my account which was registered on this same email was hacked.(Exact time: 14-25 - 14-28). During this period hacker made 4 unathorized transactions from my bank account and then deleted my account competely. So now i cannot acces it and cannot refund the money back. I am writing from newly created account right now with the same email used as in previous. All info about transactions are save on my email including the name of the receiver and operation codes. Please, help me resolve this issue and return my money!

P. S. I already contacted my bank and made an application about fraud and refund, they recommended to also contact the PayPal support to increase the chances for a refund.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I received a fake invoice for a product I did not order, addressed to a receiver I don't know. So this person has hacked the paypal logo, and designed an invoice that looks like the real thing. Fortunatley, my paypal balance has been $0 for quite a while, an no transactions anyway. Purchase was a $629.99 iPhone!

Time to close paypal account anyway, becasue I do not trust them.

Scam money request or invoice that shows in your Paypal account..

Scammers harvest email addresses and send out money requests or invoices hoping that some of those email addresses are linked to an open Paypal account.

The unsuspecting recipient is given a fake Paypal phone number in the 'notes' section added by the scammer.
If you did call that number (DO NOT) to query the transaction the scammer tells you that they need to access your computer / Paypal account to cancel that transaction for you.
They will then hack your computer or Paypal account.

Paypal never put phone numbers on emails or in money requests/invoices, they tell you to contact them via help/contact bottom of their website pages.

If there is a cancel option then cancel it, if not ignore it and it should time out at 30 days.
As long as you don't click to pay it then no money would be transferred.
