I am seeing multiple people recently stating the same issue. I have. Reoccurring bill from VPN mobapps limited but when you email them it goes to fashion gurus. The only fashion app I had was Lumi. Which shows up on apple pay as $0.00 charges. I also emailed them to cancel my subscription. While back. I’ve emailed both Lumi and fashion did not respond. I believe this could be a scam as I also recently noticed last month my password for my Apple ID was chAnged which I don’t remember doing

Google for company information but looks as if you had a free trial for a VPN and didn't cancel it?
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

They charge you because when you buy any fashion guide from them they keep your payment information and then charge monthly. Yes, this sounds like a nonsense. They say that this is because when you buy a brochure, they give you access to some site with their guides, despite of the fact that you didn't ask them to, and didn't subscribe to any service. Today I requested a refund and I'm lucky I got it. Nonetheless I'm also lucky I noticed it immediately. This is fraud apparently. Just yet don't know how and where to report it)

I got it too. It was an ad for something and I clicked on it too to learn more about it and now I've been charged $34.99 for something I never wanted. First I was charged .99 and now $34.99. I asked for my money back and they said that they wouldn't refund the money but that they would cancel the subscription for whatever they are that I never wanted in the first place. It was an ad about style guides and I was curious and clicked on it and then when I saw that it was a monthly subscription of $34.99, I closed it. I didn't want it. It is a huge scam. I think I'll also try reporting them to the better business bureau.

I got my money refunded. I'm glad I reported them. I think their business practices are fraudulent. You never are prompted to enter a card number, they just take your money without you even agreeing to it. All I did was click on the ad to open it up. But since my paypal is linked to my socials they just take it. They should put in big letters a disclaimer on the ad IF YOU CLICK ON THIS AD YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND WILL IMMEDIATELY BE CHARGED $34.99 THAT WE WILL TAKE FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOU EVEN HAVING TO ENTER A CARD NUMBER. That will make me think twice before clicking on an ad on social media.
