Hello
I was getting notification that my paypal account which is linked with my debit card has a transaction with amount of 500$
They took money from my card and put it on paypal which they then sent to 3rd party (MGID, inc) i have never heard of this company.
I did a claim about it to paypal which they replied within 20 minutes that it was not unauthorized.
It is a lot of money for me and i cant find any help. I have written to direct company which the payment was made and i havent got any replies.
How can they tell me it isnt unauthorized???

An unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that you were hacked and your account used without your consent to make that transaction. Paypal would check IP addresses to see if it was done from your computer / device and if so close the dispute. That does not mean you can't contact them and appeal if you really did not make the transaction.
Google the company and it looks like a U.S advertising company, have you contacted them to see if you can find out what the charge was for and request a refund?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
