Urgent Help Needed to Recover $625 USD - No Response from Support and no help.

Hi everyone, I’m really hoping someone here can help me out. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with PayPal support, but I haven’t received any response and I need to recover $625 USD. Here’s a summary of my situation: 1. Order and Dispute: • I placed an order with Xiaomey Kong Phoebee DongGuan BYing Power Technology Co., Ltd for a 72V 35Ah Samsung 50S 21700 custom battery pack, ordered via WhatsApp, she seen my phone number on made-in-china and contacted me via WhatsApp after my inquiry for this product). • I have significant concerns about the product based on a video the seller provided, which raises doubts about the authenticity of the cells and the overall quality of the battery pack. 2. Issues: • Cell Authenticity: The seller claims the cells are Samsung 50S 21700, but the video suggests otherwise. Also there’s 130 cells in the video and the the pack needs at least 140 cells • Assembly Quality: The video shows potential issues with the assembly and fewer cells than required for the configuration. • Seller Management: The process has been delayed and complicated due to mismanagement by the seller, including attempts to extort additional money. 3. Intent to Refuse Delivery: • I am considering refusing the delivery due to these concerns and the failure of the seller to meet the delivery timeline and quality promises + she asks and clearly tells me that she needs another payment to make the pack in WA and even with all these things PayPal don’t move and just push back the resolution dates. The UPS tracking number seems to be fake too as she clearly admitted on WhatsApp. I have tried contacting PayPal support multiple times but haven’t received any response. I urgently need assistance to get a full refund. If anyone has any advice on how to escalate this issue or has had a similar experience, I would greatly appreciate your help.
