What to do about "Margin Holding"charging unauthorized monthly payments of 24.99USD?

Business known as "Margin Holding"is charging my account a monthly charge of 24.99USD UNAUTHORIZED by myself. After 3 payments I discovered it...I understand that others have had this same experience,was it resolved?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Then contact the merchant and cancel it there as well.
