I bought a titanium apple strap from NOMAD. Paid express delivery to Australia. I was away on a work trip when FEDEX delivered the package. They left the package on top of my mailbox, on the main road which is open to the public. They took a photo and sent it to me (yikes!). When I got home the package was gone. I tried reaching out to NOMAD but they have not replied back.
When I opened up a dispute on paypal, paypal reached out to NOMAD and they replied that the package was delivered and sent the picture that FEDEX took
DO I have any other options?
I fee like I didnt do anything wrong and feel like NOMAD has really bad business ethics by how they are handling this situation

If they didn't leave it in your designated safe place then I would be taking the courier company to the small claims court?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
So a dispute with FEDEX is pending as they clearly did not leave the package in a safe place!
NOMAD has actually gone ahead with shipping me a replacement band
I feel like there is two take away lessons here
- NOMAD should have required a signature on delivery
- The FEDEX delivery driver certainly should not have left a package out in the open. The picture they took only captured a small part of my mailbox and the package. I took a picture of how the mailbox is on the main street, outside my complex open to the general public.
Thanks again
