Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thank you for the help. Paypal finally allowed discontinuation of the subscription. After 3 charges of 33USD and a question posted in this community.

To be fair if you have a subscription set up then of course paypal will pay it as by having a subscription you have told them to do just that.

I checked my automatic payments and none existed for Kilo Health - but still I can not dispute until kil Health responds to my email - which will be ver happen because  Kilo Health appears to be a controversial company accused of fraudulent practices by multiple customers. Here are the key points:

## Allegations of Fraud and Unauthorized Charges

- Many customers have reported being charged recurring fees by Kilo Health for memberships or subscriptions they claim they never signed up for.[1][5]

- Customers state that Kilo Health denies refund requests despite the alleged unauthorized charges.[1]

- Some customers have had to contact their banks directly to dispute the charges since PayPal was not helpful in resolving the issue.[1]

## About Kilo Health

- Kilo Health is a digital health and wellness company based in Europe with over 5 million customers worldwide, according to their website.[3]

- They claim to be the second fastest-growing company in Europe in this sector.[3]

- Their website allows entrepreneurs to potentially co-found new health product companies with Kilo Health, providing funding and resources.[2]

- However, there is limited verified information about the company's operations, leadership, or business practices available online.[4]

In summary, while Kilo Health markets itself as a major digital health firm, numerous customers have accused the company of fraudulently charging them without authorization, leading to disputes over refunds.[1][5] The allegations raise concerns about Kilo Health's billing and customer service practices.

I thought this was fraud and researched it. This company has smaller companies under them such as the Greatness app. The charge will say from kilo company but you may have signed up with a dif company. This link has some of the products/companies they partner with. https://kilo.health/portfolio/

These scam subscription sites have tick boxes where you have to tick to NOT set up a subscription rather than setting one up.

If you don't tick that box then the subscription auto sets up and paypal has to pay it as it will be in your automatic payments section.

Cancel the subscription + email that site and END the subscription with them or they can add it back again.  😐
