Why am I being charged $35.00 from UAB Kilo Grupe, when I haven’t ever bought anything from them?

This may be fake.  Go to your PayPal account and check "Activity".  This should tell you if there is actually a charge of $35.00 from UAB Kilo Grupe.  If it does not appear,  there is no actual charge and the notice is fake. The fake email message really wants your credit card info if you call the fake phone number.

Definitely NOT fake... I got hit with 4 charges - 3 didn't go through to my bank on the 23rd - one on the 25th for US$66 - Bank cancelled my card and said they'll investigate but Paypal closed the case with that 3-second automated reply that the case was closed
