You can't use PayPal anymore

On November 9th I linked my paypal account from my BOA (Bank of America) bank account and then received an email saying I could no longer use paypal.
I don't understand what's wrong with my paypal account.
I have a business in California so I signed up for a paypal business account for my online business.

No transactions have been made through paypal, it's a new account, I signed up on November 6th.

I can confirm that I didn't do anything against PayPal's rules. After thinking about it for a few days, it may be that I registered an account to connect to the coffee shop's public WiFi, and Paypal recognized that my account was not safe...

You have a business in the U.S but are you located in the U.S or do you live in another country?

Only paypal is country specific and you have to open a paypal account in the country where you are living.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @QIJIA and @kernowlass

Thanks for the posts, and welcome, @QIJIA!

I'm sorry to hear your PayPal account was permanently limited, @QIJIA. As @kernowlass mentioned, you do need to reside in the same country where your PayPal is registered, which sounds like you do. PayPal accounts can be permanently limited for a variety of reasons, and typically, the decision cannot be overturned. In addition to calling, you can also request an appeal through one of the other options listed on our Help Center here

I hope this helps!
