need help with unauthorized transactions

Hello,
Please be informed that I noticed 4 unauthorized transactions in my account on 6 August. Neither my family nor I bought anything or transferred these amounts. They are:
ENEBA 5,71 €
ENEBA 5,71 €
CodesDirect B.V. 12,74 €
CodesDirect B.V. 21,84 €
I rised this issue to be clarifed but the answer that I received was: "there was no unauthorized use".
I would like to see an evidence that supports this answer.
Because I did not buy anything and except me no one from my family uses my account.
I would like to get help to resolve this problem.

I have had the same problem tonight. Quite a bit of money tied up and I need to buy items for my business.
This is going to be a nightmare

Incase, you have been informed by the team after investigation that there has not been any unauthorized transaction and you are unsatisfied with the response I would recommend you to contact our customer support team through the available contact options so that our advisors can investigate the case and help you accordingly. You can connect to your Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page.

Hello Jyoti,
I have already tried to contact your customer support team through the available contact options in order your advisors to investigate the case accordingly and help me.
But it does not work my case, I cannot complain or report a problem as it states: Case Status:Closed Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection".
So far I did not receive any evidence to prove that the transactions weren't unauthorized and I do not know based on what they decided that the transactions weren't unauthorized.
Currrently, I do not know how to contact them.
