Buyer not returned item

I sold a bag which the buyer then requested a return for, I accepted and paid the return label on the same day, 9th Dec. I've contacted the buyer twice since and recieved neither the bag or a response. What do I do? I can't find anywhere in ebay help that details what to do and there's no option for this in the resolution centre that I can see?

In a case like this just cancel the label. Do not refund to the buyer.
