How do I find the tracking number on a proof of postage label??

One of my customers has opened up a case claiming she hasn't recieved the item (very skeptical as this has happened many times before, and is becoming a common scam to claim the item hasnt been recieved and to get a refund!)

I have proof of posting from Royal Mail. How can I prove I posted it? And how do I find the tracking number? Thanks!!!

There is no tracking number on a proof of posting.

Proof of posting is just that it proves you posted the item but it does not show the buyer received the item.

Paypal want a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer.

If you took the risk of sending it without tracking then you will just have to refund i'm afraid.
