dubai buyer, shipping address in US and want to dispatch in UK

HI,

I am not sure about posting my goods to the buyer whose paypal address in in Dubai, ebay shipping address is in USA and buyer want me to post the itmes in UK address. Am I proteceted? The UK address is just down the road from me, can I deliver the goods personally? Am I protected if personal delivery is done?

Hi pravaicha

You should always ship to the address provided by ppal not Ebay

Because when you receive the confirmation email from ppal to say you have received payment, it will tell you whether its safe to send the item and whether its eligible for sellers protection

If the buyer wants to send it to a different address to the one confirmed by ppal, they have to update their details first or you wont have sellers protection

If you deliver the goods personally you should always accept cash on  delivery/collection only, no ppal payments for that kind of service in case of any problems
