Edit buy button

I'm having a hard time navigating the new interface. Is it just me or is the section to edit/create new buy buttons/subscriptions gone?

Anyone have a link to it?

Thanks for posting. 

Those features are now only available for business accounts. If you currently have a premier PayPal account you can upgrade your account without changing much. You will have to enter some business information but you do not have a registered business you can just select individual. 

To change your current Premier account to a PayPal Business account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click "My personal info."
4. Click Update near "Business information."
5. Click the Upgrade button.
6. Choose a business type, and then click Continue.
7. Enter your business information, and then click Continue to complete the process.

You will then have access to all of the selling tools.
