I'm in need of any advice, I have a website and until recently it worked fine at the checkout when consumers selected the pay via the paypal app button. Now it just occurs an error message that states "your cart is empty" and doesn't even redirect back to my site . Of the consumer used a Web browser it would work fine. At the moment I'm loosing sales and consumers assume site is "broken" Doesn't have any issues using PayPal app on an iPhone! ! Anyone experiencing similar issues? Paypal been informed and just say tell consumers to use the Web browser?!?! Doesn't help me!! Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi Funkybearchildr,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!
I’m sorry to hear about this experience.
I would recommend you contacting our PayPal MTS Specialists via support page - https://ppmts.custhelp.com/ or via Twitter - https://twitter.com/paypal_mts - they will be able to assist you.
Hope it helps.

Hi Anna, thanks for message although it was via this support form that I was told paypal don't support android which I'm aware isn't the case. So worried I now need to look at different options to my website. I'm not a Web programmer and I was just given lots of technical info which basically told me consumers just won't be able to use the paypal app for payment which I find weird as never used to be a problem. At a loss :-(;
