If I made a payment via PayPal using a credit card that is associated with my PayPal account, but while not logged in to PayPal (i.e. as a guest), can I get PayPal to associate/connect that transaction to my PayPal account? I have the receipt number from the transaction and it was less than 45 days ago.
My next step will be to open a dispute for the transaction, but apparently that can only be done with transactions connected to your PayPal account explicitly, where it's listed under your account's transactions and therefore has an ID.
