Hi Evey1986,
Welcome to the Community Forum! So sorry to hear about the issue with your reversed transaction.
If a payment is going to bounce from your bank, it may take a few days to show up on your PayPal account. What may have happened in this case is that PayPal could have credited the funds to your seller, and the reversal which will occur from the bank may send you into a negative balance on PayPal, which you can then resolve using your back up funding source.
We can take a closer look at this if you can get in touch with Customer Support directly. You can find our contact details by clicking on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any page when logged in. Alternatively, you can contact us via Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPalUK) or Twitter (@AskPayPal) for assistance.
Hope this helps,
Sophie

Greetings,
I just processed a withdrawal and I did not notice it was going to the bank I have closed a year ago. I normally withdraw and the default account is my existing account. I do not know how it happened. Is there a way to check and put my money back to my paypal account?
Thanks,
Gen
