refund of fees

Hi my daughter recently sent me some money and said it was for services or products as she had not used the service before, how do I request a refund of these fees as I did not sell her anything?

Refund the payment and the fees are refunded as well apart from a 20p processing fee.

Then she can send the correct way.

BUT depending on how she funded the payment it may take up to a week to return to her funding source.
