Do not require address for Invoices, how do I do this?

Hi, all. Long story short, I am a freelance artist. I prefer using invoices because thety let me better keep track of payments, but there is one problem. These invoices automatically assume I will be shipping out a product, and have a 'print shipping label' and everything button. I don't want this nor do I need it, as I do digital art, but I am confused as to how to remove this. There doesn't appear to be a way to not require a shipping address on these invoices, and I really don't want to get in trouble for not shipping out a product that doesn't have a physical form. Can I do anything about this or should I just stop using invoices?

Hi buibuiboota,
Welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the payments you're receiving.
It sounds like the invoices that have been created may be for goods rather than services, which could be why a 'print shipping label' option is being provided. I'd suggest checking this in your invoice templates, but do let us know if you have any further issues or concerns with this 🙂
Thanks,
Sophie
