HELP!!! - Reprinting Postage Label

Hi there

My girlfriend stupidly clicked on the 'Item Sent' button before I'd managed to print the Royal Mail postage label off.

I know I can take the parcel to the Post Office and do it that way but I'm just wondering if there is a way of getting the link back so I can re-print the label? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Community!

 

You can reprint your postage label through your account if you need to. The label must be reprinted before its Label Expiry Date, which for Royal Mail items is the end of the next working day. For Parcelforce Worldwide services, it is possible to reprint a label for up to five working days after the initial request.

 

To reprint a label, please follow these steps:


1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'History' near the top of the page.
3. Find either the details of the payment for which you created a label, or the payment for the label itself.
3. Click the 'Details' link in the Details column for the particular payment.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Transaction Details page and click 'Reprint Label'.

Hi I have had the same probelm and used to be really easy to reprint but i don't have that option available any more?

 I purchased the label but it did not print. I have followed your help instructions but they do not make sense as when I look under details there is nowhere where it says reprint label.

Tis is most frustrating and normally printing postage labels is quite straight forward

I'm sorry to hear that printing labels is not going smoothly for you.

 

Before you print your labels please ensure you:

 

- Use Internet Explorer or FireFox Web browsers

- Have pop-up windows option enabled

- The screen view should be set up to 100%

 

Please ensure these are completed and try again.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

This thread is from 2014 so it is a little out of date:(  To reprint a label, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com/uk
  2. Locate the payment in your Activity.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Transaction Details' page and click Reprint Label.
