I have a Moldavian Business account. Can users on my site choose a credit card payment option?

I plan to connect paypal payment to my site

In the section of the Website Payment preferences, there is no PayPal Account Optional, which, as far as I understand, allows users to choose:
- Pay through the paypal wallet or
- Pay via credit card

Thus, it is impossible for users to choose a payment via a credit card, due to the fact that this function is not available for Moldova?

if you are able to receive payments into yuor PayPal account you should be able to receive card payments. For more information on how to add PayPal to your website please visit developer.paypal.com.
