Invoice not received

I sent an invoice to a customer last night and he says it hasn't been received. He checked his Paypal account and there's nothing there. My account shows the invoice as being sent to the correct person and I received an email to say the invoice had been sent. Has anyone else has this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this. Sorry to hear what has happened here.
If you have sent an invoice to a customer and they haven't received the invoice, it's possible that their email address is not active and confirmed on PayPal. You should ask them to check this on their PayPal account and once they ensure that their email address is active and confirmed, they should be able to see the invoice on their account, they should be able to complete the payment successfully.

I rang Paypal and they did receive the invoice but they haven't paid it. They got the goods so I suppose they're pleased they got something for free.
