3/4 my income is through streamlabs twitch gaming donations, and they've been working fine up until now.
I recieved two donations this evening, one of £5 and one of £30, and emails for each which link straight to my account. It pulls up their details and everything, just like every normal payment received email. It's perfectly normal and legit, just like every other emails I receive. The details both list the transaction as completed when I click the clickthrough link.
But once I go to my main paypal page... the payments are not showing. At all. Not pending. Not received. nothing.
I can't understand why it's doing this. I did have to give extra details today for my limits, and the possibility I might reach them, but I afterwards I got the 'your account is now in good standing', so I can't see why that would impact it? Though it's only happened with money since then?
Can someone help? This is 75% of my income
