sending money to New Zealand

I would like to send a cash payment to a family member in New Zealand from my paypal account here in the UK to his paypal account in New Zealand. Can you please advise how much this will cost me? Will the recipient be able to draw down the money without incurring any fees from his NZ paypal account?
