Can I send cash without real name showing?

Is there a way you can send someone cash using your PayPal account, without them seeing your real name and/or address?  Because seriously... This is a privacy issue. Anyone know how this works? In the past I have only used PayPal to pay for purchases, and I see how that gives the person some kind of right to know who they're dealing with. But to make a simple donation or send money to an acquaintance... Are there other options?
