As you all know taking cash from a credit means super high interest rates, but if I use the credit card to send myself
money through paypal, will the credit card consider that a purchase and I would pay the standard purchase interest
rate? What does everyone think?

Hi vector18,
Welcome to the forums!
PayPal can't be used to provide yourself a cash advance from your credit card. It's actually one of the restricted activities listed in our User Agreement. You can check with your credit card issuer to find out if they allow cash advances via ATM or check. I hope this helps!
