hi, i just payed for a item i purchased on ebay, However after completing the payment and then checking my paypal account again it shows the paypal balance as zero. I had a small amount here, After looking at the details on the payment i made it shows part of the payment was taken from the paypal balance, Why is this? I payed and assumed it would be taken from the card i have on paypal.
the other problem im seeing is, The total amount for the order was 2.00, it says 1.49 was taken from the paypal balance, and 0.51 from the card.
After checking my bank, assuming the 2.00 would be gone, the it shows 0.51 left.
What im confused by is, if the order total was 2.00 and paypal took 1.49 towards it from the paypal balance, then that leaves 0.51 from my card, But 1.49 was taken out of my acount, not 0.51 which is what should of been taken.
