How to enable or find eCheck option?

Hi!

I have PayPal linked to my checking account (the account # and "verified" appear in Paypal).   However, I can't find the eCheck option?   Is it supposed to appear as an alternative to "Instant Transfer" or somewhere else?   

The help instructions:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Send Money.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Change.
6. Select eCheck.
7. Click Continue.
8. Review the information and click Send Money to complete the transaction.

Step 5 isn't real clear, but neither "change" link leads to the eCheck option in step 6....
