I'm a new (verified) PayPal user and I'm not able to use my balance to make any purchases.
So far I've tried with Mojang (www.minecraft.net) and eBay. On the checkout page I'm only provided the credit card option and not another for my balance.
What's wrong ?I live in Oman.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
