Shipping label won't pull up. Error : Website Unavailable?!?! Continuing problem...

This is the message I have continued to get since yesterday afternoon, after many successful printings. And it's continuing today...

The webpage at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-usps-label&shipment_id=0PH86718TL496531J might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I've tried different labels, different options and this is getting very old!! Anybody know how to fix this?

I can't get around it either and it's been every day, all week, intermittently. I just keep hitting reprint label and it eventually prints. But it takes up to 2 hours. I'm over it and ready to just go 100% through Dazzle.

well I went back to try it and it's working again. I'm grateful but still annoyed that for a day, I couldn't access it. That's ridiculous and bad business!

I have been having the same problem. It won't even let me reprint the labels even though I got charged for them. I just voided the labels then printed the shipping labels through Ebay which worked well. If you're shipping Ebay items, just print a USPS label through Ebay, and it will charge your PayPal account for the postage. It worked great. I was able to print the labels no problem. You can only print one label at a time though, but at least it worked.

Getting the same error for about a week now.  Very frustrating and contacted paypal which was useless.  I printed A LOT of labels per day and this has put me to a grinding halt.  I have even sent a snap shot to tech support and never heard back from them.  If they don't fix soon I am switching to another payment company and shipper.  This is ridiculous and service is horrible.  They make a lot of money off me so you would think they would have better service and people that can understand english.  Here's the error I get:

Error 100 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED): Unknown error.

I have cleared my cookies and used different browsers.  Only thing that works is waiting.  After about five minutes I can print the label.  Beware, do not keep hitting the print button because it told me that it detected too many reprints and I had to void the label.  Waiting is the best option as frustrating as it may be.

I finally figured out the problem an it worked for me  

If you are using Google Chrome then I suggest you don't. When I switched my browser to WIE (Windows Internet Explorer) The label finally came up an worked like a charm.
