When bringing a pre-paid USPS Priority International package to the post office, they normally would scan the Intl Label and all the shipping info would get imported into the USPS computer for customs. Sine last year, ALL USPS Prioirty International Prepaid labels dont transfer the Ship from and Ship to to the customs forms in the USPS computer and the USPS worker has to sit there and enter both sets of addresses into the customs form on the USPS computer. Always in the past they would scan and then it would show up automatically in the USPS cpmuter and off I went. Now, everytime, the USPS worker has to manually enter the info and they get all pissy and takes forever. What changed?
The very same thing happened to me today. This is the first time I ship internationally. The clerk was giving me the "are you sure you paid", "how did you pay", "they'll come after you if you didn't pay"! She was making me think I **bleep**ed up the label and I really didn't pay. That is why I was on the boards. I'm glad I'm not the only one this happened to.
Well this week I got charge back $850 after I ship a packaged priority mail and the item shows being delivered to Australia. But no signature. So the customer disputed with there credit card and I lost. I sometime hate this. You do everything as a seller and still get burnt. I told the post office about what happen and they told me to get the customer to send a letter from australia saying he didn't receive it and they will open up an investigation good luck with that. I email the customer its been a week he never got back to me. So you know he shafted me for $850. From now on only accepting post office money order or bank transfer no more pay pal.
Paypal is really useless sometimes and helpful others.
I know this issue is affecting more than just me
How about a little info PayPal.
I printed 40 International labels in the past few months, totally over 1200.00 dollars in sales for the USPS and god-knows what in fees to paypal, at least you can take a look into this issue
