Anyone get a shipping label to work? All I get is the label wrong size message.

Don't know about PayPal labels. However, if you print labels from "My eBay", the new flow supports Brother QL-570 along with other new label printers.

For some reason, my QL-570 will work with Windows 7 but not with Vista.  Paypal really needs to get support for this printer with previous models out of production.

I eventually got mine working on my XP machine, but not my Vista one.

The Brother QL-570 plays nicely with PayPal MultiOrder shipping - as noted in another (very helpful) review, just choose the Brother QL-550 option and you get gorgeous labels with surprising speed.
Before printing your first label, though, you'll need to change the default paper size in Windows (I use Vista). Although PayPal's label is formatted for the DK-2205 label, the default is something else and it confuses the app.
To make the change:
- Windows Start bar --> Control Panel --> printer (listed under Hardware and Sound)
- Right click on Brother QL-570 in the list of printers
- In the right-click drop-down menu, select "properties"
- Toward the bottom of the window that pops up (defaults to the "General" tab), there's a "Printing Preferences" button. Click it.
- Choose "Normal Format" as the option in the first drop-down
- Under Width, choose 2-3/7" (i.e. only 2-3/7"; there are other options with that width that specify length)
- The length field below appears to be irrelevant (I arbitrarily chose 6"; the PayPal MultiOrder Shipping label prints at about 7" in length and it worked fine).
Hit Apply then OK and you should be good to go.

I have set up and changed all the settings to the correct sizes for the brother QL-570 printer and it is still printing only a portion of the label. I use 2-3/7" continuous roll, but am confused as to which orientation to use - landscape or portrait?  Have tried both and the label still not does print correctly and have wasted about 2 feet of the roll.  The instructions on the sample shown say that it will print on 8.5" x 11" paper and the label is on it's side which is what I ended up using as my shipping label.

It seems that others have got it working nicely, so I must be missing some simple step. Help please... anyone!

Well, for some reason I have it working - woohoo!  I think it was a matter of restarting the computer after all the settings had been updated.

The orientation setting is "landscape" with a width of 2-3/7" and  I put in 6" for the length, like OscarD suggested.
