Cancelled billing agreement, company kept delivering boxes to me.

Hello,
I was signed up to receive weekly food boxes from HelloFresh.
I requested to cancel, but nothing was done and the next week I got another box.
I therfore cancelled the PayPal billing agreement so no payment method was on the account, but they continued delivering. I presumed this was an error, and binned them.
Since then, I have had a debt agebncy contact me for the money - do I have a case that these should not have been sent if no billing method was associated with them?

Cancelling the 'payment' does not end the contract, you needed to cancel with the company as well.
Advice is voluntary.
