Acquirer Reference Number , I transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account and the bank is requesting Acquirer Reference Number to release the payment. and it only show the transaction ID which is not enough for the bank

That's strange that your bank will not release the payment without this information. This is not needed to receive a withdrawal from PayPal. I would question your bank as to why they require this number to release your funds.
