Block ability to send money from Bank Account

I want to not be able to send money from a charity account.  If I link our bank by routing number and account number, will that be enough to prevent to not be able to send money from our bank.  I only want our account to be able to receive donations.

I understand you want to block payment from your bank account. To stop the payments debited from your bank account, you can unlink your bank account from your PayPal account or update your preferred payment method in your account to debit the money from your choose payment method.
