Business Account Money Receivement Issue

After I made my PayPal account, I asked one of my known ones to send me money as a test, but they cannot send it. I sent them an invoice, and they tried to pay through it but still gets denied. What is the problem with my account, or what should be done to receive and send money naturally? (Business account, email address verified because it isn't asking me to verify it under my email section in the "Account Settings"). And also a business account where clients need to send money on it automatically through PayPal.Me, without the recipient (me) knowing (a sales store, for example). Any help or guidance from an expert? It would be a pleasure.
