I have run into an unexpected issue making an instant transfer to my Bank of America checking account today. The transfer keeps coming back as having been declined, and I do not know why; my last transfer was last week and it went through smoothly, no problems. I logged on to my BoA account to see if there was an issue, and I do not see any indication of a problem. There is no indication of a problem with my PayPal account either that might cause the transfer to fail (e.g., no notification of account limitation). The transfer is less than $150 so obviously there's no problem with the per-transaction limit of $25,000 on transfers. I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue with BoA today, which might indicate a technical problem?

To update, I tried transferring the money to my Bank of America debit card (which is linked to my checking account) and the transfer was successful this time. I am now thinking that it's a technical issue with connecting directly between PayPal and the checking account.

I had a weird issue with payments being sent from my personal chequing account to business account on the 28th/29th. Three were denied and I don't know why. The only thing I can think of is a technical error.
