Client sent me money with screenshot for proof but I'm still not receiving it

Hi, everyone, I need help. So my client send me money on Paypal, she showed me the screenshot of the receipt and everything looks right, but I am still not receiving the money. Most of the time when someone send me money on paypal, it's instant but now it's been 9 hours but still nothing and also I can't find live chat for paypal, I wish to talk to customer service, not by phone but just by text chat

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
