Hey, i was just wondering that the current value for one dollar in India is 79 rupees, but in Paypal it says one dollars is 76 rupees. Can someone explain this to me please?
If you go on holiday and buy a currency then you don't pay the exact conversion rate do you, you pay a higher rate for the convenience of being supplied that currency, well paypal do the same.
