Hello, someone just wants to transfer money to me via Paypal, but he said that my account has exceeded receiving limit, and then I received an email informing me that I need to submit identification documents to verify my Paypal account. After i submitted the verification, i received an email from Paypal, it said ‘’Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account‘’ . Does this mean that only the withdrawal is limit is lifted and i still need to wait for the receiving limit to be lifted? Thank you.
