Is it possible to transfer money from Georgia to Ukraine? I was said it's not possible. Is it true?

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
Unfortunately the sender of the funds may be in one of the countries that do not have the friends/family option??? and so would not be able to send payments to the Ukraine.

Paypal users in GEORGIA do not have the friends/family option they can ONLY send goods/services payments.

You cannot receive goods/services payments, you can ONLY receive friends/family payments.
