Has anyone been successful with "Check by Mail" option?

I'm wondering if it's even possible to get a "Check by Mail" for 1.50.

Every time I try I get a message that there is a problem with my address.

What problem?  No idea.  I've lived in the same place for 20+ years.  Paypal has sent me mail in the past, especially advertising.  So clearly my address is correct.

I've tried multiple times with "customer service" which is just a bunch of robots following a script that tell me they'll send me a check, wait 5 days.  No, wait 10 days.  No wait 30 days.  It's literally been MONTHS of multiple requests (for both the check and bank linking not working) and I still haven't gotten a check.

I'm so frustrated and crying because I can't get my money that I'm at the point of walking away from all the money in my account, except I'm sure that's what paypal wants me to do.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues withdrawing your funds. I know this must be frustrating. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw $1.50 via check. From my knowledge, the minimum withdrawal amount via check is $10.

Due to the amount, your options would be to withdraw to your bank/card or send the amount to a friend or family member's PayPal account.

You missed the point of her question.  Paypal offers Check by Mail option and the FEE is $1.50.  She's not trying to withdraw $1.50.  Anyway I tried to get a check sent and went in so many annoying circles.  If you don't offer checks, then take the option off your site.  It's maddening!

I had a relatively small amount of money from June 2021 (yes, 2021) in my account because the check by mail option was not working properly at that time.  The issue was different because the option for a check would just spin you back to the selection screen.   I tried the check by mail option today and it worked, so if you haven't already given up, maybe try it again?  Good luck, it certainly is frustrating when these things don't work and support is less than supportive... 😞
