The screen looks different from mine. Mine is "Send Payments" not Transfer Money". Please advise. Appreciate.

Hi @davidjerk and welcome, 

The information @sharpiemarker provided is correct however you must have your bank account confirmed before you can use it as a funding source. If you go to your wallet and click on your registered bank account you should see an option to confirm it. Once confirmed you should see the options that were provided in the above message.

Thanks for your feedback. When I clicked "Wallet", my Paypal balance is zero and I want to top-up. Thus I clicked "Send Payment" and what I got is the below screen shot. Only one bank is available for Malaysia. Please advise. Appreciate.

I do understand your concern about the Top up availability here. Currently, we only support RHB bank for top-up services. Here’s how to top-up your PayPal account:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click ‘Send Payments'
Click Instantly top up using RHB Bank.
Follow the online instructions on RHB’s bank site to complete the top-up.
Check your PayPal account balance to ensure that it has been topped up.
 

The money will be added to your PayPal account balance instantly.
