How can I send money to India? I am trying to pay to a person using his work email address but it's not going through.

Has he received funds before only there are certain requirements for a paypal account in India.

I had that happen with two artists in India that I had to pay. Everything looked like it was going through at first, but then I got 'something went wrong'. Tried the next day and got the same thing. I eventually just used 'we transfer' (formerly wire transfer) and it worked fine. It is most likely a flaw in the recipient's account and not a Paypal glitch.

I guess you are right, kept getting the same error message you described. I have paid using card transfer instead.
