How do I Unblock someone?

I thought I was getting scammed by a game app but it was my fault. Now I want to Unblock them but cant find them! How do I Unblock?

Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community!

I understand that you want to unblock the game application, please try to see if this steps works- Click “Pay & Get Paid” at the top menu, click “Contacts” in the submenu, scroll down to the bottom and click “View Blocked Contacts”. The click “Unblock” next to the contact.
