How do I get my money back that I sent?

Friend cannot access her account, how do I get my money back that I sent to her?

She set up a new account, and my transaction went through.

But how do I get my money from the first transaction back.  She cannot access that account, and Paypal has already taken the money out of my checking account.

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

It says my money was sent and gives me a transaction #.  But my friend cannot access her account to accept or refund the money.

ok if its SENT then it has gone to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open paypal account with no limitations (or the funds would not have transferred).

So I suggest your friend contacts customer services to help them get access back into their account.

Click on your profile picture top right of forum > click on profile > click on the little edit image icon just above the picture and on that page you will see options for changing image.
