I understand that you want to send money anonymously. I am sorry to inform you that this is not an option. When you send money the receiver will see your email address and name. If you are sending a payment for goods/service they can also view the address. Only if a donation is made, less information will be visible. But the receiver of the funds would need to have a website etc for that.
