How do I send money friends and family with a business account

I am trying to send money to my daughter. She has a personal paypal account. I have a business account. It won't let me send to her through friends and family. Why not? How do I fix this?

To send money to your daughter using PayPal, you can use the "Send & Request" feature. However, if you have a business account, you may not be able to use the "Send as friends and family" option.
Here's how you can send money to your daughter:
Log in to your PayPal business account.
Click on the "Send & Request" button.
Enter your daughter's email address and the amount you want to send.
Choose the "Goods and Services" option and click on "Next".
Review the details of the transaction and click on "Send Payment".
Note that the "Goods and Services" option incurs a transaction fee for both the sender and the recipient. If you don't want to pay the transaction fee, you may want to consider using a personal PayPal account instead of your business account to send money to your daughter.

Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community. @mounir991, it looks like @HerringShop is trying to send Friends and Family payments, not Goods and Services payments.
@HerringShop, I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks sending a Friends and Family / Personal payment. There has been a recent update where Business accounts in the US are no longer able to receive Personal payments, however there shouldn't be an issue with a Business account sending a Personal payment to a Personal account. I would double check with the recipient to make sure they have a Personal account, clear your cache and cookies and then try again. If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
