Do you mean that your account got limited because of payments being received? If so then refunding the payment would not change the limitation on your account. Generally, on your Resolution centre there will be a list of steps that you need to complete before your account is returned to its normal standing. If you still wish to refund the payment then go to the transaction you want to refund and click on the refund button. If you are not seeing this option then you would need to contact us directly via the help and contact link and request that we issue the refund on your behalf. Please be aware that in order for us to issue a refund on your behalf you must have enough funds on your PayPal balance to cover the cost of the refund.
